I'm not crazy about Luke, Laura or Margot or that whole situation. Margot seems very passive in the whole boys thing. Like does she like them both or does she just want to be liked? Like is just so so so gross. What is it with Bosuns and complete lack of respect for women? Eddie, Gary, whatever remit they had on BDDU last year. I adore Jason and Aiesha and I'm really hoping the chef plays out into a nice situation.

Agree with Laura - I just can't understand why they wait for her, it's so rude. I would be leaving at the agreed time & she can catch up later.

Laura would be getting the sharp end of my shoe if she was working for me. All that time getting ready and doesn't seem to show. Pushing to go to the beach and then saying she needed a shower. I agree, the crew need to just leave at the agreed time, she can follow on, it might even force her to get her arse in gear. I hope Ayesha doesn't put up with that shite for too long.

I just watched Culver and Tzarina on WWHL. They are both so lovely. I love a lovely crew. I hope Culver gets a promotion soon. He would be a great manager.

I wouldn't wait for Laura either. I give her 2 more episodes.....maybe 3 before Ayesha either sacks her or gives her a talking to with Captain

Nah Culver will take over from Luke before Laura will go. That's my prediction.

Is he experienced enough? I'm struggling to remember if he was a newbie last year.....might have to rewatch an episode.....

I suspect we are getting double drops so that we don’t get two series running at the same time anymore. Aus and adventure ran on different days last year to the other series. It did get a bit confusing switching between the different crews in your head during the week.

Omg.....I am 10 minutes into the second episode. So much to unpick and digest. It's horrific. I'm actually quite upset. But massive respect for Ayesha. Everyone needs a friend like her in their lives.

I don't like watching this when my teens are around as I don't think it's all behaviour I want them to see. However if I could make them watch these two episodes with me then it gives so many different things to discuss (specifically around consent).

@Mumdiva99 i just finished watching and OMG, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen episodes like this across all of the Below Deck series.

Hard not to say anything else without giving spoilers but yeah, there’s a couple of episodes that the relevant parts should be shown where age appropriate of how you do not disrespect others and boundaries.

I wonder if WWHL is actually going to address these two episodes? He would have to make it a serious show for once......but the opportunity to do something amazing is there. (Can you imagine 'drink every time you here the word consent uttered' probably wouldn't work!!!)

If I ever meet Aesha I would absolutely buy her a margarita or 10. She clocked him straight off that night and was a great friend. And she was quick to pick up that Adam was so uncomfortable with Laura as well.

Agree they made the right decision to get him off the boat straight away and glad they didn’t wait until morning.

Laura’s response to Margot was fucking insane. How Margot didn’t punch her in the face I have no idea.

I love Captain Jason a little bit more. And Aeysha (can't spell) is a legend. Totally had Margot's back. Probably saved her from assault as the producers only stepped in after.

Those episodes were shocking. Did Luke engineer the power failure to get into Margot's cabin?
Laura's comments to Margot were so shocking, she had no awareness of the seriousness of what happened. Her behaviour with Adam was awful and predatory as well.

Damn I might rewatch. I didn't think he may have caused the power cut. He has a total frat boy mentality.

Had to come on here for the comments. Truly shocking. Capt Jason handled everything perfectly IMO. I’m very pleased the hideous Laura got her just deserts.

Luke was such a toad. He 100% took advantage of the lights going off. What an arsehole. Margot a response was so upsetting. Like her plan was to pretend like everything was ok until she realised she didn't have to. The cynic in me thinks they were only heavy handed with Laura to avoid the appearance of being sexist.

I don't think they were heavy handed - men should be protected from predatory women in the same way women should be from men .

Laura climbed into Adam's bed when he didn't want it, albeit she wasn't naked as Luke was. He'd told Äesha that her unwanted approaches were making him uncomfortable. Why wouldn't they act on that? Nothing to do with avoiding 'appearing sexist', Her lack of empathy with Margot was revolting.
She also had all those lengthy unauthorised breaks so already had a black mark, although that seems trivial in comparison.

Laura is absolutely awful & I hope she watches it back & realises she doesn't come over as this gorgeous sex kitten she thinks she does. She was unacceptable with the sexual abuse of Adam & had to be told more than once by the producer to leave his room.

Luke is absolutely disgusting, he did appear very drunk but that is no way an excuse. He was told no so many times & should have not needed to be told even once. I'll bet he has got an awful lot of abuse now he's off the boat & that is his career over. His poor parents seeing their son act in such a way, I wonder if he has done some sort of statement or apology

@OMGitsnotgood I'm not saying they shouldn't have or were wrong. I'm saying that in the history of below deck I don't think they'd typically sack someone over that. And if it had happened in a different episode or season or franchise I think they wouldn't have sacked her. Look at some of the shit that's gone on before and people haven't been sacked. I'm not saying she was hard done by- more that I think they only paid proper attention because of what had gone on before. Only in the last season Colin and Alex interrupted Gary and Mads in the master and it didn't even earn a conversation.

I also really don't think Luke being naked was the only difference, Margot was comatose, the door was closed and there was a power cut.
