Finally watched it!

I can understand the initial wait on provisions but when they weren’t there before they left captain Sandy should have stumped up her credit card to send someone out to get some (receipts for reimbursement obvs).

I think we only see the other crew when it’s plot critical so another time we saw them introduced when there was an issue with the boat that need the engineer helping.

Obvs on BDS it’s a smaller crew and we have/had Colin.

I don’t think Elena should have gone back to the chef. I think that’s where she went wrong. I think she could have time managed a little better with 45min mojito but probably was just panicking and the guests were entitled and demanding.

Im not sure if someone is leaving as Sandy seemed to say you’ll have a 4th Stew when that cabin with the leak is fixed but I guess someone always gets fired!

I think the Bri issue is that as she said she has never completed her full term on a shop so presumably gets fired or walks a lot. So her CV might look like she’s been on X boats but actually her experience is not matching.

I think the crew in general all seem quite showboaty off the bat. A lot of showing off whether that’s bravado to each other or for the cameras is tbc. Probably the both with the latter emphasising it.

Any one would have gone to the local supermarket and bought wine and champagne. It would have been a priority.
Unless - the bloggers were invited onto first charter to build hype over the season through their blogging/social media posts and didn't actually pay to attend. A way to iron out the crews teething issues not on 'proper guests' but ones that only have to leave a tip..... or am I thinking to deeply about that!!

We are often introduced to the engineers, 1sr officer etc Always makes me giggle because really the bosun position isn't all that because there are all these other members of staff above them. The bosun in bd is only really responsible for guest experience, throwing some ropes and dropping anchor.

Just binged the last series of BD so can join you all. Watched episode 1 last night. When do the episodes get released? Is it one per week?

There should be one up today? They normally drop in the morning (not sure what time) but sometimes Hayu are a bit crap at getting them up but I’ve not had an issue for a while.

We get the shows the morning after they air the night before on Bravo in US. BD is Monday nights.

Omg doing my nightly browse of TikTok and these guests are posting their videos from the trip and about the trip. They are very supportive of the stew situation which is nice.

Share some IG names to look up.....I want to browse too. (Was it a freebie or do you think they paid?)

One is Simon Crowther on TikTok “the flood guy”. Not sure about IG.

Normally guests pay so I think it would have been the same but probably to get more followers. He only has 6k on TT.

I think on the BD reddit they say the guests pay about ten percent of the normal cost, plus a tip?

6000 followers and 3 vids!! I got the impression from BD that video etc was their income. Not for him..... He's just a regular guy (rich) on holiday.

Only 3? He has a lot more on TikTok but not loads of followers so I assumed he had the mass on insta and TikTok was secondary but it looks like he’s a wannabe influencer rather than an actual influencer and as you say, just a rich kid

Ok I just saw something that said allegedly Lindsey is pregnant with her boyfriend and it will come out sometime in the nexts few weeks. So maybe this does feed into the it was all fake and she was already seeing this guy on the side because one of my only markers to think it’s wasn’t fake was her desperation to still to her timeline.

It's also quite possible that she has just jumped in with both feet.....they would have been together since last September, so plenty of time....9 months. Did I hear they knew each other before but it was bad timing for each of them. I might have made that up.

Aesha's voice really grated on me when she first appeared but she's so lovely I got over it

For this reason, I will be giving this one a miss.

I know Aesha is lovely and all, but telly time is relaxing for me. And her sing song voice is very much not relaxing to listen to.

All the talk of poos it’s making me feel sick. Every episode she mentions taking a poo. I don’t think I can watch her anymore either.
