Ellie is a nasty little thing.

I’ve just watched and thought exactly the same thing. She did belittle Bri and she’s using her position to do that and she’s also doing it because Bri got with Nathan (was it Nathan?). Ellie also thinks very highly of herself.

Ellie really thinks she’s like just below Aisha rather than just a more experienced stew. Her comment last week made me think that she thinks because of her slightly higher ranking she can pull rank on men dibs too. It’s a total power trip and I’m only halfway through the ep 😂

Just finished! Mad that she prioritised her costume of Aesha’s orders and incredibly hypocritical giving her false complaints of Bri telling her what to do (when she didn’t she just used her initiative to tell cabin crew where to put stuff when she was on her own).

Furthermore, she was actually belittling by saying that being accused of belittling was offensive to her, and not allowing anyone else to have feelings about the matter.
Ridiculous. And she looked a fool in that outfit; she is not "all that", and her arrogant behaviour lets her down anyway.

I just can’t stand Aysha anymore and she’s been my favourite. She’s so uncouth and is getting worse talking about who’s getting their pussy wet etc and the bloody awful laugh. She’s changed.

Yeah the fact that this guys is a bit hidden and the “they went on a few dates a couple of years ago” does make me wonder if he was there the whole time and the rest wasn’t fake.

I just saw that all are coming back to filming apart from Danielle so pregnant Lindsay and Carl both in which of I were either one of them I would not go. Sure the money but… seems more fake which is a shame.

I agree sure neither would go again if it was real. Why would they go back to face each other......

Who should be fired? Ellie hasn't had a good edit at all.... for that reason she needs to go.......all that behaviour in the van. Not doing cabins is a massive fail.

But Bri doesn't speak to her nicely.

I feel the dynamics would be different if there was another third stew.

(Although I am a bit disappointed with Ayesha. I wish she had trained Bri up better. Then she might be able to unpick this issue too.)

Ellie is either getting a really bad edit or has a stick up her arse about being second stew 'you must obey me', I suspect she does think very highly of herself and that doesn't help to foster the teamwork you need. Did it take her two hours to set that table? Being second she knows how it's cabins first so on that alone I would say she is in the wrong.

But Bri....how does she mess up the laundry so much? That is a skill....I suspect neither will be fired and we will have to endure the inane bickering for several more episodes....

I still feel there must be a fourth stew coming otherwise there was no point for tell us in the first ep that there would normally be a fourth but the cabin had a leak. There’s a reason they kept that in unless it has a plot use and they’ve not really been saying they were understaffed and they are suffering without a forth. I suspect Sandy will say we have another option, the cabin is fixed, let’s get another person.

I hope it's someone we know. Maybe someone that is better than Ellie to bring her down a peg or 2!! Cue Nat marching on the boat. Flirting with Nathan and ruffling some feathers!!

Ellie is a bully

Ellie is a bully; she speaks down to Bri with her ‘I outrank you’, yes 2nd does outrank 3rd but it’s the manner in which she says it, she says it to demean Bri and she wouldn’t dare say it if there was anyone else around and show her true colours. The fact she sloped off for her break knowing the cabins hadn’t been done and left Bri to it also knowing she was the only stew on board and that the guests were likely due back from their trip smacks of selfishness and a complete disregard for teamwork.

I agree with pp’s, I think another stew will come onboard, just hope it isn’t Natasha or Kyle, I can’t stand either of them.

I also think it’s very difficult for Aesha, she probably should have trained Bri better but the 2nd is often down for that job whilst the chief stew oversees guest stuff, planning, provisions, etc, etc. I agree with Aesha, it’s ’he said, she said’ and the pair of them don’t behave like that around her so she’ll never get the true picture during the charters, only afterwards when she can watch it back.

Team Ellie here - she's a bit of a bitch but Bri's just immature and incompetent. She'd drive me crazy as well.

I think they way Ellie speaks is quite abrupt and she’s very hung up on the I out rank you thing. If she wants to be a chief stew she needs to know how to handle different personalities to get the best out of them and not just march about saying I’m the boss.

Bri is very immature, it’s like she’s a teenager on work experience but do think Ellie would get a lot more out of her if she worked with her rather than bosses her about.

It is mad that she didn’t do cabins and she definitely does contribute to the laundry drama.

I don’t think either are awful people though. I think Ellie has very much wanted to dominate which might have been exasperated by the romantic competition.
