Chef is definitely random and doesn't seem to be able to handle all the different preferences etc, that said your woman saying there should be a bell/fully stocked pharmacy in every cabin/snacks out all the time would be getting a shove overboard from me...serial bloody moaner!

Dylan is definitely a bit bizarre 😂 and what was with him telling the current guests that he expects to be made lead deckhand? That’s making an awful lot of assumptions, I wonder if Ben will consider Sunny for that role although they are involved so possibly not but this will be an interesting development.
This Jill woman is horrendous, I love the way production put ‘not the primary’ under her name on screen, hilarious and the primary is just letting her take over completely, the tip will be interesting.
As for the chef, I think he’s got incredibly difficult guests to deal with, I don’t think I recall so many allergies, dislikes, won’t eat this & that, on a charter before. That said, he’s seriously struggling and I do wonder if he will be replaced.

Forgot about the lead deckhand thing, that was super cringe, at least those guests have gone so he won't have to handle the shame if it gets handed to Sunny. Although things look about to hit the rocks (again) there with the arrival of a new stew. But will she go for Ben? I never see the attraction, I think he's an odd looking guy, but clearly he has something going for him!

Jill is an ex real housewives of New York lady, one of the originals. She behaved exactly the same as she did in rhony. Obnoxious, bossy and always trying to be number 1 in every situation.

Fraser is turning in to the whiniest of whiners, and so not professional of a manager to be slagging their staff off to everyone else. Just sort out the problem ffs stop ruining everyone's day off with your moaning!

Ben makes my skin crawl the way he's creeping after Paris, just waiting for Sunny to explode with rage....

Paris had me crying at her comment on Dylan - he'd get a lot more action if he was mute 😂 wtf was he on about Steve Irwin for?!

I don't understand Fraser's problem with Barbie, granted I only watch with one eye, but she seems to be quite hard working. He doesn't seem happy if she keeps her mouth shut or if she has an opinion.

Barbie does seem to be very hard working and I too am a bit puzzled as to why Fraser is the way he is with her and about her, unless there’s a lot of stuff going on that we’re not being shown. We are being shown him gossiping and that’s not professional and I think if Captain Kerry knew, he’d probably have a word to him. I do think Fraser is a bit hard on Barbie seems she can’t do right for doing wrong.

I agree with pp re Ben, he’s coming across a bit creepy and as a bit of a player but then so many deckies on the BD franchises do.

I’m a week behind but trying to catch up today. Xandi said a few weeks ago something like Barbie makes it look like she’s doing a lot but isn’t doing much. I’ve just watched the monatge of her “doing cabins” and she’s just running backwards and forwards, dusted off one bed and obviously had a big boo boo with the lunch order. Similarly with the Jill saying they needed toiletries stocked all she did was moan to the others and Xandi said she would do baskets for each cabin. I think she’s good at appearing busy.

I don’t think she’s an awful stew but she is giving talks a lot but little action. I might change my mind after the next ep though 😂

Ok watched the next one. Whilst Barbie is a a lot of talk and no action and also juvenile with how she handles stuff Fraser is way off. He’s the boss and should not be saying any of that to a new employee! But Paris seems really nice.

Ben is so creepy. He’s touching Paris like a child stroking an animal at a petting zoo.

I'm going to take a mid-life gap year and go and be 3rd Stew I think. I'm amazing at cleaning and laundry, pretty good at drinking, and I totally love gossiping. Although I have some anxiety about having to wear an up-my-bum bikini and super short skirts with my lumpy thighs....

Felt bad for the chef about the fish thing. The guest's preference sheet only said she doesn't eat seafood - I would think of seafood as shellfish, not fish.

I think you’re right though as fish does’t normally come under seafood but as the chef it would be checking.

Fish we eat can be freshwater too!

Kerry is rapidly heading for number one captain slot. He felt a bit more stern on Adventure but he’s shining in this series. The Aussie captains are clearly top of the range!

I’m not a chef but for me, shellfish would be something that comes out of a shell, like lobster or mussels or prawns and fish would be, well, fish like tuna or cod, something like that. Anthony did make a bit of a basic error in that he should have perhaps checked with the guest but if the guest hadn’t included actual fish as a dislike on her preference sheet then 🤷‍♀️

Equally fish cones from the sea.

He defo should have checked or offered an alternative. His alternatives have also been a bit shit too. I don’t understand why he couldn’t season some chicken and do a chicken taco. It’s a bit crazy that she doesn’t eat veg either though. But give her fancy chicken nuggets and fries if that’s her jam! We’ve seen many guests before just wanting burgers and you can do boujee ones no problem.

He does seem to get overwhelmed a lot and not able to think of different options easily.

I did think that seafood is shellfish/crustaceans rather than fish because as someone else has said, fish can be freshwater. I have googled though and it seems I am wrong, the term "seafood" generally includes all fish, even freshwater.

Guess Chef didn't know that either!😄

I did exactly the same, thought they were different things and googled to find out I was wrong. But you do often see 'fish and seafood' as a menu title, so can be forgiven. You'd expect a chef to know that however, or at least double check.
