Yes Tracey has forgotten that she murdered someone and was released from prison on a technicality or something. And she also forgets about her kidney transplant.
My friends dd managed to get as far as court but man was found not guilty.

As @WomanStanleyWoman2 says things are brought up in rape trials to prove someone is 'that kind of girl ' . The kind who would have consented.
I think the writing has been ok with Daisy and Amy. But I don't know where it will go in terms of resolution. There are a lot of unsolved crimes and poor Robert having no funeral, they give up.
