Looking forward to catching up on tonight's ep! What was it again? A children's cartoon?

I've not really been watching this, but saw it last night and couldn't believe how the women were dressed - massive high heels and very short skirts. They looked really 'dated' and not at all business-like or practical for being on your feet all day. The contrast between them and the real business people they were presenting to was huge.

@Romeiswheretheheartis - I think most people on here would agree. There was a task where they were running around Brighton. In tight short skirts and high heels. It just seemed so impractical, and as you say, dated.

If it had been based on that task alone, Megan should have gone - the briefing was confused and they were told not to highlight the insects, the USP of their product, and the product itself was awful.

I think Simba fell into the 'doesn't do enough' category throughout the process in Suralan's estimation, and that is always fatal. I've mentioned before, I think he would rather the candidates made the most almighty cock-ups than that they sat back and watched others fail.

Of course, Simba might also have had a lacklustre business plan. Megan does have a business which is up and running, which probably went in her favour.

Tim should host it next year - get some proper candidates in who don’t look like love island rejects. Tasks also need a shake up!!

Dani should have gone! her lips look scary she really doesn't know when to stop talking v annoying...Simba should have stayed ! Karen stitched him up saying that comment to Alan Sugar that was uncalled for...it is not a great bunch again can't believe this is the best of what is out there....years of old were much better!

It needs a complete revamp. The tasks are ridiculous, who does market research on a finished product when there’s no opportunity to use the feedback to adjust it? Or have rank amateurs make cosmetics?

I’d like to see a complete relaunch. No Lord Sugar, No Baroness Brady. Tasks that allow performance to a high standard and are rated on metrics not opinionated whims. And no running round in vertiginous heels.

Sugar is so predictable. Every time someone he (or the production company) wants to stay really fouls up and is the obvious candidate for firing, he fixes on someone else who's been stuck with more of the grunt background work and fires them for not contributing enough. It's obvious Marni should have gone, he's never going to be able to work with her as a business partner anyway.

The problem with a home care agency is that one whiff of a bad report from the CQC, and where does that leave Alan Sugar?

I wouldn't invest in one, however well run if I was a public figure.

I reckon Dani has a business plan they want to savage at the interviews. Much better TV than "I have a really good business plan that we can't fault, but can't risk the bad PR".

Agree lets get the King on the panel. He's interested in business and environment stuff ... actually lets replace Sugar with him - he's probably got a nice house they can all use and instead of "you're fired" he could have a catch phrase of "To the tower and off with your head" ... time they set the stakes a bit higher since being fired doesn't seem enough incentive to use their common sense.
