Yeah, with Sonia, I noticed that she offered to make egg on toast for lunch. I know that that's a perfectly adequate meal, but I couldn't help thinking it was a nod to there not being much food in the house.

Sonia isn't the brightest at times. When Reiss asked if she had considered taking in a lodger, it was like an epiphany. Surely that's one of the first options that would come to mind!

Especially as Dot's has always been a shared house, you would think she would have thought about a lodger before now.
Whilst I don't agree with Jack's motives, he was right when he said that people are going to gossip and that she will lose friends (as she will be looking after a baby while they go on with their lives). Really Martin and Stacey should have had these conversations.

I assume that Ryan is coming back, why? Has he bothered with Lily in years? Maybe he can be voice of reason.
Why is Stacey banning the Brannings from the baby? Not her call. Also screeching how they aren't even getting a photo is a bit ridiculous seeing they live next door and presumably will see it often ( unless it gets crammed in the child cupboard).
