I loved the Aunt Babe character, hard as nails and put a very Shakespearean type curse on the Vic before she left under a cloud as well as a mean trifle maker ; I believe her precious glass trifle bowl was smashed ?

How are they going to square Martin, the skilled builder/fruit n veg magnate who's taken his expertise to Turkey, with the earthquake?

They always seem to shoehorn in current events (like footballl and the death of the Queen)

So Suki willl be idly arranging newspapers and muse "Oh look at this terrible situation in Turkey , isn't Martin in Turkey?"

And instead of Stacey going "Duh it;s a fecking huge country he's nowhere near" she'll get stressed and take her eye off the ball so Nasty Nish can sweep in a wreak his havoc on Eve

I do love your storylines 70s , they are often far more entertaining than the ones they come out with..
