I have a mental illness with psychosis, I've never had a blood test from a GP visit or community mental health team for it. I have been in hospital, quite a few times but I can't remember if I got a blood test there or not. I'm not sure how long LSD stays in the bloodstream.

If its a MH facility then they might do a urine test for substance abuse ??

Why does nobody ever fo to the doctors on their own in Corrie? Not only are they always accompanied but the other person usually does all the talking. I half expected Steven to show up too.

A routine blood test wouldn't show up drugs, it would need to be a specific screen.
I doubt Dr Badass suspects some type of substance abuse.

She would get a urine test in the hospital/unit she has gone to but as said before not sure how long LSD would stay in the system.

I get tired of Stephen's magic whispers too. He says the most ludicrous things and people just take his word as gospel. He even slipped and talked about the LSD effects 'wearing off' to Peter but completely got away with it.

A kidney transplant patient like Carla, who just also happens to be a former alcoholic, who still drinks, would be asked for a urine test at the clinic doors you'd hope.

LSD would probably show up in such a patient's urine for up to 72 hours.
