Doesn’t the on the beach advert make you want to scream with the entitled family and how horrid it is?

I hate the bit where the girl drops her ice cream and the boy (brother?) smirks and eats his right in her face. Awful advert!

Yep. This. Every time I watch it, I want the girl to knock his ice cream off or a seagull come down and take it or something.

exactly and the woman throwing her flip flop off and hitting some one.
and the guy jamming his phone up the screen
and the fat boy getting for food as a greedy spoilt kid

its just horrid

I don’t understand how this is supposed to inspire people to book a holiday with them. It makes me never want to book a holiday with them because of the risk of meeting families like this.

I think it generates an idea of no frills, no pretence just get out and enjoy yourself. It also gets us all talking!

Why is the family overweight? What’s the relevance of that?

I really dislike this advert so so much!
there is an obesity crisis in this country.
why can’t they choose children who are of normal weight? That poor little boy is seriously overweight and needs help getting healthier.

What about the advert where the very stern woman tells you to leave your work emails alone in order to stay "much less dead for much much longer" ?

It’s so annoying. On all the bloody time.

I really dislike it and mention it every time it's on but I'm guessing the advertisement team are delighted, it's aimed at a certain market and the ones that don't like it are still talking about it so a win win for them.
It does put me off booking with them though

I agree it just makes British on holiday look fat and rude. I'm not I would have let my son do the advert and set himself up for such ridicule. Nasty greedy behaviour by erm fat kid. Sorry boy!

Ooh good, I thought somebody was going to call me a nasty bully (coincidentally fat too) for being mean about the child. I'm being mean about the role he portrays. Maybe he's worse in RL 🤣

Its very annoying and I certainly wouldn't want to be on holiday with those people.

I was "watching" this (muted) yesterday and thinking that all it makes me want to do is never use the firm. The family look like my worst nightmare on holiday.
