So if Wilf was banished now, what would they do for the final?

Kieran would be the traitor? Or there would be no traitor and the remaining faithfuls would just banish other faithfuls until the final to split the prize money?

See if the Faithful banish Kieran.

Kieran hasn't got much time, which is an issue. It takes time to study the others and formulate a plan. I need him to realise straight up that Wilf will throw anyone under the bus (hopefully he'll question him about that when they meet) and then go in with some clever plan to get him banished.

LipsSoScarlet · 21/12/2022 13:00

Does Kieran know that Will threw Alyssa under the bus or was that before he joined back in?

DietrichandDiMaggio · 21/12/2022 13:06

I don't want Kieran to win, because I don't feel like he has done as much as the rest of them to earn it (I would have said the same about Amos too).

They made the journey only to be told they'd failed before they started and had to go back. I know that turned out to be a setup but it must have been pretty devastating.

And Kieran was the one who suggested block voting. He's smart.

ButtonSister · 21/12/2022 13:10

I think Wilf voted against Amanda in the belief that he wouldn't have to recruit anyone else and could go all the way to the final and get all the prize money to himself.
I think the others will vote out him and Aaron before they go for Kieran though. Although both W and K have Hannah firmly on their side.

Devastating for about 5 minutes, then they would have been told that they were not to go home, so would know that they were going to join the game again later. Unless I suppose it is in the contract that you have to be available for the whole filming period no matter when you are banished, so they might not have been told about re-joining straight away.

TerraNostra · 21/12/2022 13:18

Does anyone know what would have happened if the Faithful had managed to banish all the traitors within the first 3 episodes?

Oh I know, but he still seems like a late addition to me.

I assume that what happened last night when Will was forced to recruit would have happened whenever it got down to the final traitor each time?

TerraNostra · 21/12/2022 13:24

Just thinking- do I remember rightly that they were asked to line up in order of who thought they were most likely to win? Then the two at one end of the line were banished. Were Kieran and Amos at the “I think I will win” end? If yes, he wasn’t far off in his guess!

No, they set themselves as least likely to win! Claudia said she would take them at their word...

It almost put me off watching, actually. I expect twists and turns and disappointment, but that seemed so unnecessarily awful and we didn't know anything about them.

TerraNostra · 21/12/2022 13:31

Aha! So in fact the meat likely to win were given a helping hand! I guess that is a twist that will only work for one series though.

TerraNostra · 21/12/2022 13:31

Least, not meat! Ha ha

Imo they shouldn’t be allowed group together to banish one person. That was instigated by Kieran but if they did that from the start, the show would have been very dull.

How could you stop it, though? Gathering together to discuss and agree voting is crucial to the game.

Yes and no. They never agreed in advance to target one person before. I thought they weren’t allowed do do that as they never did it before and it’s obviously the best way to ensure somebody goes. If they did that from the first episode, they would methodically remove one person at a time but it would be extremely dull tv.

ZandathePanda · 21/12/2022 14:42

It seems very unfair that Kieran could win all the money if he’s only been a traitor for 5 mins because you are judging him on being a faithful. It would only work if the others were told someone had switched sides but they still haven’t got long to decide.

ZandathePanda · 21/12/2022 14:44

I am getting far too invested in this. I saw it advertised and thought what a load of croc. Then I could hear the gasps and shouting from my family. My Dd recruited me!

I don’t think it’s any more unfair than Amos being in it for such a short time. Kieran had to appeal to both the traitors and the faithfuls in a very short amount of time.

Samcro · 21/12/2022 15:05

I really hope Will doesn't win. his pretend crying and story about why he needs the money is so false.
I don't really have a fave, but Aaron. maddy andrea or Hannah would please me.
meyl (can't spell lol) is boring and Kieran a little too cocky.

Adeckofcards · 21/12/2022 15:12

I don’t mind who wins but really dislike Wilf not being straight enough to say he wanted Amanda out when he double crossed her. Saying he thought Amanda was going to do it to him was really weak. I wish Amanda had done it to him. At least she’s have truthfully said she did it to win. Hope he doesn’t win as he’s unlikeable.

IconicKitty · 21/12/2022 15:20

I think Wilf wants to be the last traitor standing and win so he doesn't have to split the money.

The others haven't twigged that he started the ball rolling with both Alyssa and Amanda, and they both turned out to be traitors. He looks very suspicious but they're all blinded because he's a Jack the lad, friends with everyone kind of guy.

ReneBumsWombats · 21/12/2022 15:24

He said that he hadn't built any sort of relationship with Amanda...bullshit! After sharing that secret away from all the others, all those secret meetings and jointly agreeing who to murder?

It's one thing when they lie to each other, that's the game, but he shouldn't be lying to us! That's another reason I don't like him.

Exactly. He will double cross Kieron too unless Kieron does it to him first!
I’d say he must be really annoyed that he has to get someone to join him.
