I loved Louis Smith’s show dance. It’s one I regularly go back and watch, along with Jay and Aliona’s jive and Danny Mac’s samba. Might just be me though!

Not spectacular, but I enjoyed that one.

Really want Helen to win. I’ve been there as the woman who was left with young kids when her husband went off with someone else.

I admire Helen’s guts, for taking a step towards putting herself back together. What a way to say ‘up yours’ to her ex and to every other man who has dumped his wife and kids.

It's (technically) a dance competition, not a Best Sob Story though.
