Really want Helen to win. I’ve been there as the woman who was left with young kids when her husband went off with someone else.

I admire Helen’s guts, for taking a step towards putting herself back together. What a way to say ‘up yours’ to her ex and to every other man who has dumped his wife and kids.

Surely if it's a ballroom tango inspired dance then yes. Ok it's no rules but that's for things like lifts and choreography not technique and ability

Fleur is heavy in the lower body. I am the same, very muscular below waist and strong legged. Great for many purposes, but not so much for lightness in dancing. That's why Hamza is such an enigma. He's a big man with a lightness of movement combined with sheer strength in those lifts. I don't really care if he's gone a bit wrong tonight. He's brought me such joy all this series.

alongside her other jobs Fleur does fitness videos. I think she is incredibly strong in her core and legs, we’ve seen that in some dances where she’s leant backwards and brought herself up smoothly. There was one dance in particular where she did that move multiple times in a row which would take huge core strength

I’m always slightly mercerised by gorka’s bum, it really sticks out and I’m not sure if it’s just perky and muscular or something a male celeb would be criticised for
