She couldn't have pulled it off more than a few weeks ago. It was a good job.

I loved Louis too. He wasn't throwing anyone around, iirc, his partner was leaping at him and he was catching her. He really had a journey, coming off his ADHD meds and having to unlearn everything about holding his body that he learned for gymnastics.

I think Helen lost her balance at one point - didn't spot a spin properly and staggered a bit.

Why they went with a sedate and wafty version of Let's Face The Music and Dance, rather than a big band version with the cool lyrics, is beyond me.

Isn't there normally a vote off half way through??

Ah but come on, with all the nan warz and baby warz we've barely heard a word of Helen's recent troubles because she's refused to 'utilise it'.

I definitely felt an element of joy in that dance (yes Helen, we had the minute or two of joy!), the end of the J word type thing. Even if she doesn't win she'll have got a lot from it and that's what counts for her now.

Three couple's choices... so basically chances to do another showdance for you!

I think I'll give up watching and just read who won. It's all a bit boring.
