I have a feeling they might go with an Alfie/Linda storyline (if she stays). I felt they were setting it up a couple of months ago.

They are going to need a new main male character if Mick is indeed dead. Who do we have now?:

Phil: ageing one dimensional shit gangster
Ben: trying to not be a strong male character and conflicted
Alfie: buffoon man who breezes in and out when the actor is broke
Jack: self righteous turtle neck wearing character and a bit dull
Nish: his time was already limited when he was set up as a controlling baddie
Martin: sells veg ffs.

I think they will bring in a new traditional 'London' character soon or bring back Ian.

Glad Ricky and Sonia are taking care of Scarlet. I am shocked that in the middle of winter neither Linda nor Janine have changed out of their Christmas Day clothes. They must be frozen.
