Dot went to Colin's wedding in 2016 (I just googled him as I knew he'd been in it fairly "recently". I remember the storyline now.)

So many of the actors from Dots early days on the soap have died IRL so not many to bring back. Maybe Colin, Mary and Lofty again. Ian has not been missed so he can stay away. Would love to see the real Michelle (not that abomination of an actress they cast a few years back) back to reunite with Sharon.

Not sure why Susan Tully didn't want to come back as Michelle. The Grant actor has made a few appearances, but only for a few episodes
I guess they just don't want to go back to that again and ST is now a director too, so probably earns more doing that

i think it was a case of simply not wanting to do it ever again. I briefly read an article recently and I think that's what it boiled down to. She isn't in front of the camera at all any more.

Rose is Dot’s half sister, and Andrew is her son. Did Andrew date Hev at home point??

Rose is Dots sister who was having a long distance /long term affair with Charlie (Dot's husband -not the later Charlie who is father of Matthew with Ronnie Mitchell)

Charlie Original was a lorry driver so away for long periods .
Dot knew about the affair but always forgave him (not sure about Rose thugh )

Nick Cotton had a son Ashley with Zoe , she seemed really nice but obviously they (Zoe and Nick) were scamming Dot and trying to get her to move away from Walford with them. Dot did have a few weeks of feeling wanted and bought Ashley presenrs .When it was just Zoe and Ash , she went out of her way to include Dot in Ash's life (intil Ash grew up to be a little horror like his dad)

Then Dotty's mum Sandy who was in recently and vile . Wonder if she'll come back hopig for an inheritence handout ?
