They should each have a sous chef - that’s what would happen in a real kitchen. Nice of the others to help but they should have the whole time to focus.

Tenderstem broccoli seems a bit pedestrian. I can buy that in the supermarket. And he’s only done it one way.

This episode is good for seeing a lot of the chefs from The Great British Menu all dolled up.

I only like raw carrots. I'd be pushing all this round my plate until I could scoop it in to my napkin.
