Lorraine Kelly was asked recently (on her own programme, if I remember right) and said basically "never gonna happen / no fucking way" I know she's been on Last Leg and she's a sweary sort. Nowt wrong with that, but I'm guessing she wouldn't risk showing her real persona on a programme like this cos she doesn't need the money as she'd be a proper full on arse to people. The "lovely to see you, come back on my show any time" is a total act. and I sort of don't blame her as most of her guests are cunts, but it pays her mortgage
