Do you really think MH went in there without professional training about how to appear empathic, a team player etc.? His PR company control the press and social media making sure he is constantly talked about and not ignored, his biggest fear. Guess what he's a politician, he knows how to win votes!!!

I believe she was found to be extremely anaemic. They probably thought the rice and beans and general exertion would make that worse.
