MPs go on holiday all the time, ours certainly has been away in the past. It's only 3 weeks not like he's awol for 6 months. I'm sure he has senior staff to sign off essential stuff.

I'm surprised that people that hate MH so much seem to want to spend all their time thinking about him and constantly posting about him, haven't they got a life.

I thought it was funny, wasnt it just to walk out like a super hero. Mike rugby tackling him wasnt funny at all.

Never been on TikTok, haven't seen any positive PR about him, seen lots of negative stuff particularly ITV mornings.

I've never watched the show before and I watched as I thought it would be funny to see him making a fool of himself. I'm not a Conservative voter, I voted remain.

I think he's done well on the programme and the only place I've followed about it is here and I've found the indignant ones berating anyone voting for him hilarious. I hope the frothers keep calm tonight, don't want anyone making themselves ill.

So offensive to be told you’re a victim of manipulation if you’re not forever crying about MH being on the show.

I also think it’s human nature to go against what’s being unreasonably demanded of us. I see it in my kids - if I bark orders at them they’re far less likely to do something than if I say nothing or say it in a different way. Human adults do not like being told what they must think and feel, and they don’t like being told they’re wrong for thinking a certain way, it tends to make us go the other way not in the direction of the person barking the demand

Mike rugby tackling MH was the highlight of the whole show for me.

I genuinely thought he’d be how Seann ended up being - a great big pansy arse crying about trials.

The fact he’s been almost robotic in his competency at the trials has surprised me but politics aside he’s vocal about his dyslexia and I absolutely love the thought of dyslexic children watching this show and realising that they can be as intelligent and competent as MH because intelligence isn’t always steeped in SPAG (my nephew has dyslexia and honestly you’d think neat handwriting was the fucking be all and end all of intelligence by the way his school goes on). That can’t be a bad thing
