@BonnesVacances don't find MT nice at all, very different to what I thought. Clearly despises Seann!

I think he just looks down on Seann because he's not a rough rugby lad. He's coming across as a bit of a bully. No doubt he'll also lay into MH when he's evicted, conveniently forgetting that he and Zara are part of the Royal Family and have huge privilege themselves.

I think he's also jealous of MH because he took Mike's limelight when he arrived. Before then, it was all Magic Mike, King of the Jungle. Then he vanished into the background as Matt did all the trials and smashed them.

So basically he looks down on Seann for not being a tough guy, but resents Matt for doing well. Not a good look.

What is the point of Mike Tindall?

I like Seanne Walsh, and hadn't expected to.

I’ll actually admit that Jill has been much more interesting and engaging the last few days, but when everyone/the bookies immediately picked her as the winner from Day 1 when she rarely spoke or did anything, I was a bit

I like Seann. Like Jill. And I'm liking Matt. Would be happy with any of them winning really.

MH has lovely manners, is competent - joins in and does well at tasks and comes across as affable. And that seems to be enough for people to like him - these are qualities which the British public value. But none of that changes the fact that while we were having strict lockdowns imposed (and serious fines for some people), he was completely ignoring his own rules. Nice people don't betray their wives and kids either - those are the actions of selfish people.

CM was the wrong sort of person for this experience - not stoical, bad tempered, and without any charm to offset his incompetence.

I think Owen is just a bit young and hangry. He seems like a nice kid though.

Mike isn't being himself imo - he looked very uncomfortable being asked about Buckingham Palace, but it's a normal thing for people to be curious about. I think he's posher than he's trying to come across as. Something about him is a bit 'off' to me - he's very touchy feely and I'm a great believer in having lots of personal space.

Jill seems lovely. I also really liked Baba and Scarlett. Although I think she wasn't well known enough or stand out enough to win.

God I hope Tindall doesn't win, he seems such an egotistical tit as it is. No personality just constant smug grins. Really gone down in my estimations, I always thought him and Zara were the cool funny kids in the rf, it seems he is just a brainless arse.

MT although shaggable is just not being himself and it shows in his face. He’s exhausted. Sue was a helpful maternal figure, someone safe for him to interact with and now she’s gone the cracks are beginning to show. He’s got no protection.

I love mumsnet. Have been watching this series but not following this thread. Mike’s sneering of Seann and Matt has really annoyed me and I would absolutely hate him to win. So I come to this thread and lo and behold other people are saying the same. And I so agree with the pp who said about Mike in the cyclone

Ant because of his drink / driving ( I do have a low tolerance of this ) and Dec I don't fancy at all. He seems the sort to just take the piss out of people a lot!!
SW though .. even though his too young for me and wouldn't be interested at all !! 😂

MH to win, to go against the obvious will of the producers and particular journalists. SW to be my backup if MH goes.

That aside I’d have liked more in-depth questions like if you know William and Harry what’s going on? Really like Jill , can’t understand someone saying they don’t like her accent! Very rude, maybe she wouldn’t like yours!

I am ashamed to admit I had another slice for breakfast. It is something I have no self control with so I rarely make it. My husband complains that he gets one slice and I get the rest. I did suggest he could learn how to make it. His look of shock was funnier than Dec's when Chris dropped the stars!

I rationalise my piggishness by thinking the sooner it is gone the better. Not very convincing argument but the best I can come up with.

I was talking to 18 year old GS and he likes MT and wants him to win and was shocked when I said he isn't popular with everyone. I think him and his friends who play rugby might be slightly biased. He said the girls at college are all wanting Owen to win.

Apparently they think it is hilarious that MH is still in there.

I guess different demographics will have their own views.
