I happened to be flicking through the TV channels today and caught a rerun of last night’s ep just as Magic Mike Gate was happening, and Mike literally says after being asked what he was known as “ah well, she’s not going to know the answer to this so I’m going to say Magic Mike.”

You can be in the body of the Kirk and be isolated. No one is being pleasant or friendly or engaging with him.

He has joined in because he is there. Could you imagine the bitching if he hadn’t crooned along? Danced a bit? He isn’t stupid. He knows he is merely being tolerated at best.

If they had the choice to have him sieve they creek for leaves while they had fun, I believe they would 🤷🏻‍♀️

That would be a shame because then he’s just some has been Rugby player that barely anyone knows and we could have had a has been Rugby player with personality instead

It's "TOE" the party line and you can have no idea if there even IS a party line, let alone whether he's toeing it.

ITV probably don't know what to edit as it obviously isn't going to plan, they wanted Matt ridiculed with the trials and then out on his ear in the first eviction, with a long interview telling him how bad he had been and how everyone hated him, instead they got a boring interview with Charlene and Matt not looking like he is leaving anytime soon

Mike must know tonnes of royal gossip. He attends all the major events and knows all the main players very well.
it would be fantastic to know the inside story to the sandringham summit, what everyone really thought of the Oprah interview, does he keep in any sort of contact with H&M, what does Anne think about it all, when did they become suspicious of Meghan’s intentions, should H&M keep their titles, have him and Zara been invited to montecito? the list is endless but no one will ask and even if they did he’d never give an answer.

Maybe they are all republicans as well as not Tory in there and not interested in the royal family but then I would expect an argument or two about the cost of the monarchy and stuff like that

Can you blame him though @sashagabadon? Whether he's abiding by the 'party line' or not, this is his family and I wouldn't expect him to gossip about them.

He's not being isolated. He joins in with all the singing (😫), dancing and playing of games. How exactly is he being isolated?

Because they are gossiping to group themselves against him. Just because you're allowed to participate doesn't mean you don't know that the group is talking about you (as Seann said) and pulling you down.

They're all so aware of how he is/was perceived on the outside and are hyper-aware how it might reflect on them if they get too pally with him. Some might say that makes them cowards. Some might call it self-preservation but whatever it is they have their guards up.

No one is suggesting they become best friends, though. They just need to accept his presence, which as far as I can see isn't an overwhelming personality. Surely they do research before they come on and their agents tell them that if it's seen that peoole are being excuded, it backfires on the excluders. Hence Gary Busey winning CBB (who must have been disgusting to live with!) Just being polite to people and not gossiping never lost any celebrity votes ever.

I think it's a bit of a stretch to say that because Mike doesn't appear to be spilling juicy gossip about his in-laws that that must mean he supports Andrew.
Of course he knows stuff but thankfully he appears to have a little more integrity than Harry.

But they are his wife's family. She's known them all her life and they all grew up pretty close to each other. It's difficult for family to stop loving people they've always loved. Maybe he likes these people too? Maybe he doesn't want to upset his wife? He's going on there for him to have an experience not to spill his guts on his life.

Not 24 hours as they sleep 8/ 9 hourd and also rest and sleep/ sunbathe in there.

I agree with this.

I want him to leave midway through, as it reflects his time and efforts in there but he shouldnt win. He hasnt been bitching or causing drama and we shouldnt judge him as a politician but as a contestant and what he has done during his time in camp. If we are going to judge on previous perceptions them we need to get rid of the drink driver, adulterer and kidnapper too. I think Seann should be in longer for the same reason, as a camp mate he has been diplomatic and non confrontational. If we didnt know them from the outside and this was all we saw of them, I would want Seann to win.

Yes, but BG seems to think he is being fake because he is too nice, so he probably isnt causing issues, except the shaving bowl and bird poo on hand scenario

Good people with integrity don’t drink and drive. He’s not talking about the royal scandals because he’s still in the family, nothing to do with integrity.

I'm not obsessed with him. As with all of them I can only judge on what we've bern shown and he doesn't seem to have done anything wrong other than nit empty a bowl. He's only given airtime because he was the only person doing anything. And as far as we can see, he's the only person they're slagging off. How can you assume he's awful when you only see him being portrayed as OK?

As I’ve said, I don’t know him at all.

But I truly hate when people group together, distance themselves and make nasty digs about one person.

And if I am going to be obsessed about anything, it will be over a group of adults acting worse than school kids.
