Me too @PolkadotsAndMoonbeams .

I think there will be some spectacular performances. There is real competition now between the remaining contestants so everyone will be upping their game.

Please, no nan stories okay?

Blip · 19/11/2022 16:13

Feeling unenthusiastic now that Tony and Ellie S have gone out.

MrsLargeEmbodied · 19/11/2022 16:55

yes i am less enthusiastic

FitYeDaeinYeMadRadge · 19/11/2022 18:03

A little light went out for me the last couple of weeks.

it’s like Bake Off. I like to watch someone learn a new skill and improve as the weeks go by. That has been ruined by them starting episode one with ever fancier shit they haven’t got a chance in hell of executing beautifully within the time frame. Like dancing in a Disney costume so cumbersome you really can’t see the moves. Or lifts that defy all laws of physics but make you land clumsily.

I want to see a beautiful Victoria sponge or a cherry scone. Even a simple baguette or sausage roll. A beautiful waltz or a jaw dropping Argentinian tango. Almost like a “could I do that if I had the opportunity?”

Tony and Ellie S made me feel I maybe could.

Don’t get me wrong, I like a fancy pants American Smooth, I like to watch a wow dance, and I like my socks knocked off watching the final. But I’d love to see a complete novice work their way to that glitterball.

I am just a bit unhappy it's on later. I won't be able to post. Switch it round with The Wheel, For Gods Sake

GrouchyKiwi · 19/11/2022 19:00

I am pleased because it means I don't have to miss the rugby, though 7:20pm would be late enough.

Musermum · 19/11/2022 19:14

Rugby for me tonight. COYBIG 🇮🇪. Will be watching (and reading) on catch up. Hoping its a better week than last. Looking forward to Fleur, Hamza and Helen.

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 19/11/2022 19:26

We've been a bit quiet this week! Has everybody been moonlighting on the I'm A Celeb threads? 🐍 I had a dabble, but think I prefer the glitterball gang. GlitterballSmileGlitterball

Even being quiet, I don't think under 50 posts will be enough, so here's a shiny new thread for Blackpool.

Me too. The best bit is watching live and commenting along with the thread

Sunbird24 · 19/11/2022 19:42

I’m not watching IAC, haven’t for several years now!
I like this gang and the Chuffians (assorted Masterchef threads), and all the different word-game ones

All of this.

All of it.

Every word.

Bake-off is dead to me now (didn't watch after week 3) and i would love to see Strictly go back to proper dancing. When we get a proper dance it is a delight.

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 19/11/2022 19:44

I like Masterchef but am only an occasional visitor to the threads because I don't always watch it in real time.

I’m Welsh and need something to cheer me up after this afternoon’s disgraceful display by Wales!

Emotionalsupportviper · 19/11/2022 19:46

I like Masterchef, Polkadots but Gregggg has become too much for me.

Just too much.

GrouchyKiwi · 19/11/2022 19:46

Evening all.

I always hate these opening bits for the Blackpool show. So over the top.

Mostly we scream FUCK OFF GREGG in the thread, which might be cathartic?

KimberleyClark · 19/11/2022 19:48

Ooh Kiki Dee. Love this song.

My DGM says would join you. She says "well, what would a greengrocer know" if she doesn't agree with him. Grin

Ooh Kiki Dee. Love this song.

Family's claim to fame is that my uncle went to school with Kiki Dee

Evening all glad to be back at Blackpool and I thinking apart from Ellie S I predicted everyone who made it this far

It must have been really sweaty dancing in those raincoats

FitYeDaeinYeMadRadge · 19/11/2022 19:51

Evening all!

Motsi looking Hot Hot Hot

Sunbird24 · 19/11/2022 19:52
