Yes, I loved that dance too, I think it was Tilly’s best by far.

Just catching up with thread... I’m not usually a fan of Halloween week, but really enjoyed last night. I like this point in the show; roughly halfway, fewer dancers to boggle the mind, everyone improving week by week and still loads to look forward to before it’s over for another year.

There wasn’t a dance I didn’t like, but Ellie and Nikita’s foxtrot was spoilt by all the faffing out of hold. Think Ellie S and James in trouble.

Tyler, Helen and Hamza for me this week.

In Kevin's defence, according to an article I read online his first wife left him after a disagreement about competitive dance or something. Karen allegedly had an affair (and has also been married three times).

No idea what the full truth is about any of it.

Tess is class , I loved her glittery boots and that dress

I don't mind Tess. I think she's a throwback to the days when presenters in general were less cutting edge and just there to keep things moving and be family friendly.
I also remember reading that certainly in the later years, had it not been for her steering Bruce with timings and instructions in her ear, he'd have had to be put out to grass as he was really not able any longer to cope with a live show.
Love Claudia. She has natural humourous timing that is clearly not scripted.

Tess good off camera? Not when I went to a recording! She looked extremely nervous was in very high heels and the director took her hand walked her off the dance floor each time she was off shot. She read from an autocue most of the time, her daughter and friends were in the audience too so that might have been the reason she was so nervous and had a couple of takes at the autocue.
I think she actually has got a bit better this year.
Claudia on the other hand was funny and more natural off camera she said, it was Dave Archers birthday and I got him a gift but it’s too filthy to tell you what it was!
i loved Aliaz he was smiling and waving at the audience very relaxed then suddenly lights camera action on his dance part, miss him this year.

Another vote for a ballroom week with no gimmicks, that would be lovely!
This week I thought Kim really danced well in the rumba it suited her more than her other dances so far.
Loved Tony proper dancing and katya is a genius!
Ellie is amazing and has a great personality, loved her acting skills, but her dance with Nikita was too slow this week.
Fleur is a good dancer but it was all once again too frantic for me, they don’t need to throw in every move to show off her dance skills.
Ellie just needs a bit more oomph to match the dancing god Johannes but I liked this routine.

I don't get all the Tess hate to be honest, another certain blonde bland presenter gets lauded at every opportunity on the other channel. Bizarre.

Oh yes please, no gimmicks, just dance the dances in their pure forms, just like they used to in Come Dancing. After the last few weeks it would be such a relief.

It's my own hang ups that would make me feel strange around a strong confident woman.
Unless I knew them really well.
Kym does dance well , but she is a bit overshadowed by the more flamboyant dancers with bigger personalities

Thought 'that's a bit niche'.

I also can't warm to her, now that stomper has gone Kym is the one that just leaves me cold and I'm not sure why. She is not the worst dancer, has done a few good dances, looks the part and yet there seems to be no passion when she dances. It's like she is going through the motions, but where is the feeling for the music and dance?

I don't think either Molly or Fleur will make it into the finals. Will will though, even though he is just as confident.
