Not sure about Dawn and Billy buying Harriet's house but the last I heard was Kim offering them to stay at Home Farm. After all the shite about Alex demanding money from Dawn, I'm not sure why they aren't able buy it.

That was my understanding too, and now Harriet's left it to the church. Seems a bit odd when she thought on Dawn as a daughter and she and Billy have always struggled for money.
