Sorry Blondes but I reported your post. Presumably they only use actors/props on The Walking Dead (I've never seen it).
The photo you posted was of a human body in various states of decomposition.
Having had a bereavement recently I really didn't need to see what my loved one might look like now.
Not wanting to make you feel bad, just that photo was a bit much that's all.

Lola just came out of surgery complete with nail varnish

Such a basic error - has no-one in the production any experience of surgery?

I noticed that in the previous episode when she went into hospital for the surgery. I don't think it's nail polish. I think its fake nails - even worse! They have to see her natural nails, don't they?

I have gels on toes and fingers and had a general a last month and they left mine on

And eye make up I think.
