Awkward dancing there from Lola and Whitney , although Whitney not quite understanding that Lola might be tired after her radio therapy was realistic I thought. Her dress wasn't that pretty.
Dh dips in and out of EE and he started to ask me how Whitney is related to any of them . I admit I had to look it up , but she isn't a blood relative of any of them at all and I had forgotten she was Bianca Butcher's step daughter. (It is complex!)
I agree that Sam and Zack are better suited. She seems to understand him. Zack is so good looking , but I don't fancy him at all , you just know you'd get hurt.
Ricky was always punching there tbh. He is a sweet character though , permanently confused
Nothing like his sister ..Shirley has got her number.
For someone who runs Peggy's , sam spends more time in other people's establishments !
How Dee puts up with Jack I've no idea , she is the voice of reason
So, it's a rushed Christmas wedding!
Might be interesting as EE weddings never ever go smoothly !

It was usual many years ago to have the deceased at home , but over the years it changed to keeping them at the undertakers.
However, I did hear about a deceased person being brought home not that long ago, so I guess it depends on how the family want to arrange things and if they have the space and so on.
As much as I like the Shirley character, I couldn't live with her and all that negativity! Although she's spot on about Janice ..
She'll probably wear black to the wedding
I can't see F and F being good around babies !!

Still very normal in Ireland to have the body at home before the funeral. Even if there isn't a full wake people will still call in to pay their respects. We had all 4 grandparents and my Dad over the years.

I'm surprised that Whitney isn't related blood related to the Brannings, the Fowler's the Beales or the Butchers !
She is an ' outsider' !! Lol
She did marry a Carter once , but I've never noticed what her surname comes up as on the credits.
She's has had a turbulent soap life :(

It never ever entered my head to have my deceased relatives at home , but I remember my Nan stayed in her house until her funeral in the early 70s.
Viewings at an undertakers are respectful , apart from the lady at my late mil's one who insisted she stood there with me . I was too polite to say let me have five minutes alone!

According to the family tree Sonia's dad was Terry Cant (never been seen though).
