Talking of cousins, I realised the other day in the midst of all the Jack/Amy drama that Denise’s son Raymond is Ricky’s first cousin and must also be some kind of (second?) cousin to Amy.

Amy is a Mitchell , so yes, she's related to Raymond , not sure how Ricky fits in there though ? Ricky is a Butcher.
Why is he anything to do with Ray ?

Ricky is Sam Mitchell and Jack's son. She hoped he was Ricaaaaky Butcher's (hence the name) but he wasn't. So yes he and Raymond are cousins
