I halved the quantities, and cut the cake into 12 nice sized pieces. But both ds & I have eaten more than 1 each 😁
I had my first piece warm from the oven with cream, it would indeed have been delicious with ice cream.

I really hate custard so am not looking forward to any of next weeks creations !
