German series with subtitles

Need to brush up my German. Can anyone recommend good German drama series (preferably crime/thriller type) please?
Must have English subtitles.
We have Netflix and Prime as well as catch up for mainstream channels.
We've seen Deutschland 83 etc

I really enjoyed Charité and Charité at war on Netflix. Set in a hospital in Berlin.

Not really a crime/thriller series. But very good.

Definitely Dark! It’s amazing but you have to watch all the series.

Thanks @FilePhoto , I'll give that a go. I'm happy to watch anything in German, so all suggestions welcome.

I mentioned crime/thriller as more likely to appeal to DH too.

Dark. Best series I've seen anywhere ever. Having lived in a few countries.

Dark was the first German Netflix original BTW.

Das boot

If you like crime there is a Netflix show called Perfume, very loosely based on the book by the same title.
Dark is amazing but is a time-travelling show, might put some people off.
If you go with it it is one of the best things I've seen, with incredible casting to show characters jumping generations.

Biohackers is quite a fun little show too. 2 seasons, fast-paced.

Dark is amazing but it's pretty complicated so as a learning the language tool you might be making it difficult for yourself (watch it either way!)

Walter presents has German series on there on channel 4. We enjoyed Falke and 32 cases (I think that was what it was called) Nordic murders is also good. Inspector Borowski was also good.
