Me and DD have discovered horrible histories recently and it’s very funny not to say easy on the eyes. The songs are our favourites I think mine is Charles the 2nd King of Bling, though it’s very hard to chose one.

My favourite is Boudiccs, which of course will now be my earworm for the rest of today.

We have watched Ghosts that’s how we came to find horrible histories. We have watched Yonderland and Bill too which we also enjoyed.

I think you should be my new best friendSmile

The one I got my name from, (although it's more of a jingle really).

I love this one. All the double meanings are brilliant. It does, however, hang around in your head for ages.

The are all amazing but my favourites are Boudicca and the monarchs song, mainly as I learned more history from that song than I ever did at school.

I only remember kings and queens/Henry VIII - need to get on YouTube!
Loved HH though (kids are 18 and 20 now!) and particularly remembered the Masterchef one as a classic…

The kings and queens song, the Darwin one, the factory kids and Richard the third (for the amazing line 'can you imagine it, I'm the last Plantagenet).

I will also admit that at certain times (tired, stressed, hormonal) I have been known to tear up at the Victoria and Albert song.
