It says on Wiki that Billy's dad is Stephen and Stephen is the first cousin of Eric Mitchell.

Which would make Billy and Phil 2nd cousins. Eric and Billy would be 1st cousins once removed, and Phil and Stephen 1st cousins once removed.

I've googled the Slaters and Billy and Little Mo didn't have a baby together - she was raped by someone and had a baby from that. Billy & Mo split up as Billy couldn't cope with the baby having been conceived that way.

I don't think Harry was Kat's father - that would be too much I think.
