Anyone watched the new episode of Hotel Inspector?
im a big fan of Alex but couldn’t understand why she started yelling and shouting at the owners. She’s been critical but supportive in previous episodes, especially the earlier ones with lockdown owners

She's only on TV because of who her grandfather is. She's no expert on anything; it's ridiculous that she's there at all.
Disgusting that she thinks she can speak to people like that. I bloody detest her.

I quite like her programmes normally, but I had the exact same thought. She usually saves that sort of bollocking for when she's already told people a couple of times and they haven't bothered.

Yes far too aggressive , they were a nice couple and just needed guidance and support . Not sure if she's been told to ramp it up because someone somewhere thinks it's good telly

Yea I thought it was a bit over the top seeing as the couple were genuine, but naive. I was disappointed there was no grand reveal of a decorated room she had done like in previous episodes. The new dining room was a bit meh!

Oh I didn't realise was a new series. I hope she reverts back to character as that supportive but disapproving tone that worked well and even when she was clearly pissed off would still be respectful, we don't need more shouty twats like Ramsey modelling bullying behaviours as entertainment.
Saw a clip of his Savoy restaurant and all his loud swearing really brought down the classy establishment setting.
It was very interesting watching the
hotel renovation Alex did with her mum and their relationship dynamic as she went from the self- assured hotelier giving out the advise to anxious, downtrodden daughter desperately seeking her mum's approval😔

But they were such a lovely couple and not at all the type of people who need nastiness to put them on the right path. It was totally out of place speaking to them like that.

I love her. Does anyone remember that episode from years ago in Blackpool where the people concerned were crackers, and obsessed with something to do with chicken and Parmesan? You could tell she genuinely wanted to batter them.

I generally like her but she went way off piste in this episode with the way she was speaking to the couple.
