Is anyone else really excited about the new series tomorrow? I'm not sure if it's going to be a weekly episode or available to binge, but the trailer looks brilliant.

I can't wait to see what happens next although I'm dreading it too, as it inevitably will be the end of Kim in one way or another.

I've just rewatched last week's episode. Lalo was being quite hot when he was chatting up Marguerite.

I'm really enjoying this thread and all your observations. Not looking forward to the mid-season break and Lalo was VERY hot in Germany - I would have let him in for a 'nightcap'!

I noticed that Howard's PI has a very similar head-shape and profile to Mike's, and I wonder if that similarity will be significant in some way to the plot. Could there be some mix up between them, some kind of mistaken identity?

I enjoyed seeing all the rather quaint, and perhaps feminine decor and accessories in Gus's bathroom and hallway - the perfect framing of the shepherdess painting behind Mike, the dangly light fittings, the embroidered towel.

I think Kim will employ the services of Vacuum man, or even go into Witness Protection. That's why Saul never mentions her in BB - he would never do anything to endanger her by blowing her cover/whereabouts/continuing existence.
I mean, that's just my opinion, mainly cos I couldn't bear to think that she doesn't make it!
Any thoughts as to why she hasn't told Jimmy/Saul about her meeting with Mike?
So excited for tomorrow's ep. I do hope that we get at least a little bit of Gene in this set of eps... it breaks my heart how downtrodden and subdued he is now, even though he totally had it coming with his shenanigans.

no idea what scam they’re planning re Howard, but I was yelling at Kim not to turn the car around at the end.

The problem I am finding is that even in the quieter moments - Kim being polite about the flouncy waiting room, ( I was irrationally pleased at the later scene of the clients in the waiting room, and did think in passing oops, shame they didn’t keep the toilet in place and wasn’t I proved right to worry) , and then Mike star spotting with his granddaughter- I am so on edge waiting for something awful to happen that I end up practically chewing my fingers down to the knuckles in anticipation. I don’t think I could have coped if they had released all the episodes together and I had binged. Thank goodness someone at Netflix thought of our collective blood pressure.

It’s not jimmy doing the impersonating in this scenario. They’ve got some guy to impersonate the judge involved in the Sandpiper case (the case re the residents of an old peop,es home). However, Jimmy was impersonating Howard last week and all of it must tie in together at some point.

It is all slightly confusing! But in a good way.

Still loving the casual drop of vacuum man. Next week is going to be great, can’t wait.

I don’t mind that I watch it and quite often
don’t have a clue what’s going on, I trust that all will eventually be explained and just enjoy the ride. I read this thread and the episode recaps in The Guardian afterwards and there’s usually somebody who mentions their theory and you go: “Oh yeah, never noticed that.”

it’s part of the fun of the show.

I think the whole point was the care and attention he was giving to doing something for his wife who was completely unappreciative.

Howard strikes me as someone who is very precise about how he does things, those snippets didn’t surprise me at all. Howard is all about how he presents himself and how he’s viewed by others.

Whereas Fring has an added element of “clinical” to his routines.

I think the vet gave Jimmy some sort of drug that makes his pupils dilate so they can somehow use that to incriminate Howard into looking like he's coked off his tits. Not sure how that will tie in with the judge but looking forward to seeing that
