I guess they'll go with a female chef to (hopefully temporarily) replace Monica. Angela Hartnett and Lisa Goodwin-Allen have the same 'I'm not a shouty knobhead' vibe as Monica. In fact, most female celebrity chefs seem markedly less knobbish than a few of the more famous male ones. I can't abide the Shouty Wanker so I hope he's too rich and busy. (Yes, I know it's his television persona, but fancy screaming and swearing at people till you've made them cry just because that's your key to making money.)
