I like fruit in savoury dishes but I do not like chilli/black pepper/basil, etc. in desserts.

Oh dear, Johnny has already shown he can’t do classics ( that mushroom sauce) now he is going to do something bad with pannacotta, and I don’t think brandy goes with raspberries and strawberries, some fruit liqueur would be better.

Rice pudding, now we are talking! Must have a good nutmeggy crust on top though.

Did Michelle make that pastry herself, how much time did they have?

I’ve just had rice pudding! (Ok Morrison’s ready made) with a blob of apricot jam. And I’m going to have the other one!
Chilli with chocolate ok, but it’s a bit 90s. Blargh cardamom.
