Rice pudding, arancini and risotto time. To be fair, 3 of my favourite things.

What is you rice star dish? I think I would do a kedgeree, I do a really good kedgeree, the secret is far more butter than you think you need and lots of parsley. And good rice of course.

How do you NOT overwhelm rice with flavour?

I love a good risotto, simple pea & pancetta. Glass of crisp white wine, a mountain of parmesan. Mmmm.

Fried rice Viques. My go to comfort food. Or red beans and rice.

I had some sushi in the lounge of Narita airport once that was bloody amazing. It was rolled in salmon roe. It was absolutely gorgeous, even more so because it was free (DH had a priority pass to the lounge at the time, happy days).
