The interviews were pretty good - apart from Linda Plant’s. I think she’s unnecessarily rude, hostile and aggressive.

I think its an entertainment program with Lord Sugar not really investing in a business but now investing in the most marketable person in this insta era. I feel this year most contestants were overwhelmingly identical and attractive.

Poor Alan having to choose between:
-Protein booze
-Cakes
-Dropshipped Ali Express PJs
-Vintage reseller who's only shifted 50 units

I think he will go with pyjamas but will get a deal done on somewhere else to make them. He isn't going to go into business with a business half owned by someone else.

Or he will go with the business half owned, wait for the inevitible fall out and his lawyers will recommend he does not proceed. She should have been pruned out well before it ever got to air.

Me too. And then they had a go at some of the contestants for being aggressive. Claudine is much better IMO.

Tom didn't win with his actual business plan though — it was for a chair to avoid back pain and him going in and running sessions about posture etc I think? He won based on his previous nail file.

Helen was easily the best that series — she'd have won hands down if it had been for an apprentice rather than a business partner.

This is Kathryn's second tv series. Definitely on the celebrity track.

What was the other tv series? Agree this is all about promoting herself, she doesn't really care about her "business" - a nonsense vehicle to get on the programme. I don't like her.

To be fair, she’s 70. Mine’s a bit of an archaeologist’s dream these days. 😂

Am I the only person who likes Harpreet? I am sure she is not like that in real life. She is trying to prove herself and assert herself and she has actually got less abrasive as the series has progressed. I really like her.

Harpreet needs to be abrasive. She is a brown Northern woman whose name no one can pronounce correctly. Probably has had to fight her way up. Would have liked to see Akshay or Aaron in the last 4 though.

She was a bit naughty to claim that she'd designed them herself and that they were eco-sustainable wotsit! Shipped over from China, like nearly everything else.

Despite the cartoon antics I definitely think Aaron and Akshay had a lot of potential and I would have been interested to see their business plans. I really like Harpreet and I want her to win but, a dessert parlour? Two a penny in most towns.

I really agree. I think she is great and obviously competent and funny and also (although this should not influence anyone -- but it does) just as beautiful as Kathryn. I have been a Harpreet fan right the way through. I was shocked by the animosity towards her on this thread: about her mouth, about her voice, what a bitch she was etc. Don't usually get shocked by comments on women on here but really did by this.
