I agree - it seems to be getting worse in this respect from show to show. You get such a brief snapshot of the different elements that it's hard to judge the contestants' contribution. This should either have been:

Catch & buy fish; fishing team join the others to sell the leftover fish.
Catch & buy fish & then whole team unite for the cooking and market bit.

There's definitely been ar least one triple firing. I recall the house was called and told no one was coming back. (The secretary was on overtime!)

Yes I think its very disjointed the fact that they are communicating (very minimally) by phone but not working collaboratively as one team, at any point in the task. Then the 2 sub teams turn on each other if when things go tits up.

It's how they speak that would annoy me (boys and girls). Everything either sounds like a question, or "I am saying this so when I go into the boardroom later I can prove I said it".

I do think Francesca did brilliantly but I think the people all doing fishing did very well. I think that was a very hard task. I'd have just been throwing up on the boat!

I think Alex was afraid of Amy and that's why he didn't bring her back.
I only learnt what arancini were when they featured heavily in an episode of Commissario Montalbano.

Amy has a forceful personality that persuades her team that her bad ideas are good, eg the drinks branding last week. Just wait for when she's PM.

Lots of mean comments about Francesca too, and that seems very strange as she is doing so well, led the girls to victory one week and is doing well. An her looks aren't part of his skill set.

Because there is always an equal number of men and women at the start, it's quite interesting to see how the men and women do.

Out of 15 previous series, 16 winners, 8 winners were male and 8 were female (one year two winners).
Out of 15 previous series 14 runners up, 12 were female and only 2 were male.

I just don't know if there has been an all female four!

I’m still gutted about Shama - I don’t really care about anyone else.

Francesca was a dab hand at the fishing. Brill in fact.

It was the right decision though. Watching Alex flounder was painful. He should not have been the sole firing - even if he bodged.

Amy was predatory and he missed a trick by not taking her in. All that pouting would have made Suralan knock her off her perch.

Oh my cod what a load of pollocks.
I know salmon had to go, halibut Alex haddock coming to him once it was flagged up he forgot to push their catch of the day. Can’t believe he clammed up.
Coley mackerel, eel never live that down!
No wonder the rest of his team were crabby.
Amy is a shark. The only plaice for her is to ling her hook. Sorry to carp on about it.
Francesca did reely well, even Karren was impressed!
The guys need to mussel in on some success, they’re all skating on thin ice, and need to change their tuna to bring the squids in.
They’ve not hit their pike yet, and Suralan will be herring all about it.
Rollmop on the next task!

I don't really understand Amy's game. Surely the best way to win is to be on the winning team? And the best way to ensure that is to actually be a good team player??
Shes just standing out for all the wrong reasons.
Why was she so set on making Alex the PM? What made her so sure he'd fuck up?
