I don't understand why no-one did a Gin take. The gin market is huge and with the strong flavours in the botanics and the tonic it would be relatively easy to make something passable. That said even Gordon's can make a gin flavoured alcohol free gin.

They are probably issued with a few by the wardrobe department in order to look "on brand" for the Apprentice.
