The only teachers in Corrie, (and most dramas) who have any insight or understanding teach English. Oh for an inspirational Maths, Science or Geography teacher. They do exist.

The crutch storyline with Craig is absolutely brilliant. It’s one of the best they’ve had for a while, really spicing up the show.

Totally agree. The crutch storyline will definitely sweep the boards at the Soap awards this year and will probably win a couple of Baftas as well.

In other news, me and DH got stuck in to the last night and he kept shouting HORRIBLE WOMAN at Sally being mean to Tim. It was funny actually, he got quite worked up!

I know people like Sally make it all about them! I think v kind thing to sorted everything out just in case before hand. Hope she’s prepared to give up 50:50 of her house in the divorce. No didn’t think so!

I suspect the producers are looking at the logistics of filming with the quads - they can’t be upstairs / out with Bernie or uncle (forgotten his name) forever. Is the money worries / social services intervention the start of them going to foster homes?

How did they end up with the crutch anyway? Surely Ted would have noticed, wouldn't he have fallen over/stumbled trying to get into his flat without it?

Maybe they're going to get moved to a bigger house away from the street? I hope they don't get taken away, it would be a terrible message to send because they're not bad parents.

It was nice to finally see one of the quads after what 2.5 years.

I know others have touched on it but it’s ridiculous that Gemma and Ches are struggling as much as they are, with three adults working.

A better storyline would have been Gemma still in debt from the MLM.

And also this is why it was always such a stupid storyline.

The quads seem to be permanently locked upstairs so they should really be taken away

They do seem want us think Chez works mim wage all hours and claims
Nothing. They hinted Joseph has free school meals but google says you don’t qualify if have wages over £7400 which is £142 a week. Our benefit system isn’t great but UC you are always better being in work than our and with 5 kids they certainly be able afford buy food.

Really Gemma needs leave she be given 3 bed social housing straight away, her kids at 2 and on low income Mean nursery places and she have enough money feed and clothe them. Ches on other hand still struggle pay rent, need after school and evening childcare for Joseph and have pay maintenance!

And where on earth does Bernie sleep, are the quads and Joseph in 5 bunks or something

I think they just have a load of dog crates in the spare room for the quads. Perhaps with a bunk over for Joseph!

I imagine Bernie sleeping on the sofa, Maybe she'll move in with dev although that's a very unlikely pairing given that he's always liked more attractive glamorous women in the past, he was hankering after Natasha, apart from Deirdre that is ! Bernie is so rough !

I wonder if we'll see Bernie getting slowly made more glamorous - take a certain change of mindset I know. But she's already showing signs of caring more about Gemma's DC than she ever did her own. I think it would be a lovely storyline - if handled properly, so big question mark there!

Paul and Billy split up ages ago. He's been engaged to Todd (and broken up with Todd) in the mean time.
I don't want Bernie to become glam. Why should she? As a non glamorous wiman, I want to be represented on screen!

It’s the most gripping soap storyline since that time in EastEnders when no one knew what day to take the bins out.
