Oi , Denise did an O'Level in English , that qualifies her for everything

Don;t forget , in SoapLand , trundling up to a garage and weilding a spanner makes you a mechanic .

In Emmerdale , Debbie /Cain/Dan all worked at her garage (no idea if they were qualified)
Katie was giving riding lessons without every mentioning being an Instructor

You don't need to have the right qualifications or a contract of employment in EE , just send your child's Nan to ' have a word' and your in ( or know one end of a spanner to another , or repair a tyre to become a mechanic) or whatever it is!
Surely Stacey would need certificates too to run a food stall? .. health and safety is scant.
They also did a Dee on benefits and starving storyline once. She ended up in Cora's good bank. That was short lived! She is now a hot shot salon owner and married to a msn she never sees much of even though he lives across the square. Lol
