I didn't eat cheese for 10 years (except on pizza and in cheese sauce).

Blue cheese destroys a dish just by existing.

I’ve eaten a whole box of orange matchmakers again.
Do love cheese though… I make a nice fish pie with white Stilton in the sauce, and because you pour some of it over the sliced potato topping you get a lovely crust too
