We want to put a modern twist on it, and go all the way.

I'll be aiming for irony three ways this evening, with an air of sage.

I shall definitely be deconstructed tonight, as I’m staying in a hotel and booked in for dinner (for one 🥴) at 7.30. Will let you know if there are any foraged nasturtium leaves or wood ants…

Oh, just realised it’s not on til 9 tonight! In that case I shall be here, watching the way my Nan taught me, and representing my heritage as it’s very special to my sadly very British so not at all interesting in a culinary sense family
