@HeronLanyon

jade I would love to watch survivor (or at least see what it’s like) but don’t think it is available in England (have searched a few times)

It's utter nonsense, but for a certain state of mind, it's the right kind of nonsense for me -- I work with narrative a lot during the way, and at night, I don't want something compellingly narrative, I want something very simple.

Yes, I think pickings are very slim in general in the UK, and I've seen people complaining about it online before. The only place I can find it (and only the Australian version) is on Amazon Prime, where a few seasons are available.

Probably something on itv3 so morse/lewis/Midsomer Murders/a Marple or Poirot. Not so much Frost or Foyle. Or an old film on talking pictures.

DH would put on police chases!

This is a great thread. I'm waiting on some potentially awful life-changing news, so need the distraction. Just a selection here that's been working for me -

What We Do In The Shadows
Motherland
Ghosts
Plebs
Friday Night Dinner
The Good Fight
Succession

YouTube - Luxeria's watchalongs to Noughties Reality Shows, Bailey Sarian's Murder Mystery Mayhem series
