I also like St Elswhere. Similar to ER but so interesting as a comparison, open racism, homophobia, the AIDS crisis, and just the big difference 20 years made to medicine. Lots of actors that went on to be huge stars too.

Portrait Artist of the Year, or any of the Survivor series -- on TG4 (Irish-language channel), the voiceover is in Irish, and the combination is both somehow soothing and boosting of my rusty Irish vocab. I can now talk fluently about immunity challenges and hidden idols. Grin

I also have a deep enjoyment of Pointless.
