they've been playing around anti-muslim for a while with the attacks on Bobby and Iqra when they were campaigning for the Mosque.

I agree this kind of racism needs highlighting, because its important to portray what goes on.. i just can't see how adding in the 'neo-nazi/far right' hate gang will add anything to it.

I also really don't trust eastenders to handle that kind of thing properly... if they can take over a year for a white guy who murdered his black wife to carry on as normal, how can they be trusted to handle this kind of this sensitively.

Phil always ends up with his girlfriend's children and relatives , same happened with Sharon too!
He is sort of used to it , I can imagine Christmas will be lively but happy I bet , I don't predict too much angst there till next year !! .. 😂

Quite insensitive to suggest he have kids or grandkids. Can’t think of a case where a couple with Downs or learning disabilities have managed to keep and not get their
Children removed. Certainly would be very very very rare.

Excatly the slaters can rent massive house with 2 adults cleaning but they can’t afford studio flat. They need make a “new flat set” same rooms and Furniture and landlord (so very little expense to BBC) and just change pic on walls. Least pretend it’s normal life. You can’t be working class unless your are chronically over crowded on TV

To be fair , Jean inherited some money from Daniel who died and paid a year's rent up front ; that's why she told Suki they had until Christmas ( I think that is correct ?)

Yes there are a lot in unclaimed flats in the square aren't there? Donnas old flat near the swings, Martin and Stacey's old flat which was possibly above that or maybe above the bookies (or is that Shazzas tardis now?) and what about Jacks flats where Ruby used to live? I think Dana and her dad might live in one of those? And Billy's old basement flat too - maybe all this living together rubbish is as a result of the big set rebuild?
