That would be when the NHS was fully functioning, Akire. About 1949, I think it was, when that nice Doctor Turner from Poplar would drone on about 'modern thinking these days about these things', and some nuns would smile earnestly in the background.

Max is turning out to be a mini David like Amy is a mini Tracy. I like his character, typical awkward teenage boy with a lot of lip and attitude!

I don't think Summer will get into Oxford, shes going to the local college that people drop out of...perhaps she can lead a project helping the kids with deceased parents. Because nobody else seems to care about them

The only way Summer will get into Oxford is if the actress wants to leave (or they want to axe the character). Characters only go to university if they’re never going to come back. I think Summer will be distracted by her obsession with Daniel and fail her exams, ahead of a lot of ‘How could I have been so stupid?’ hand-wringing.

Going to uni is very difficult. People don't go and come home for holidays, causing upset at home.

I don't understand why Ray's hearing would affect Faye's sentence. Even if Ray admitted to raping Faye, it doesn't alter the fact that she hit Adam over the head and left him for dead. The fact that she thought it was Ray wouldn't exonerate her of the attack surely?

Cant they just have faye and Craig run off to live in that London? I can’t stand either of them. She’s always so miserable looking and he is sleep inducing.

I agree. I can see how it would be the basis of an appeal for a lighter sentence, but would she really be released pending appeal that quickly?

It’s all a bit ridiculous the Faye story....agree Craig is beyond boring I tune out when he’s onscreen....hope Roy is not off!!!

If only Craig would close his mouth when not speaking, or have his adenoids out if they are the problem.
