Lollipop if someone says that you seem to have a problem with Giovanna Fletcher and you deny ever having mentioned her then the obvious thing to do is an advance search to check who was telling the truth. It turns out Elderflower was right and you were not telling the truth. No attempts to change the subject will change that.

Oh, Abbey and Aljaz waltz! They did it in the first episode and I knew she would win from that moment. They were perfection.

While I’m here, can we start a ‘Sack Jason Gillickson’ movement? His choreography leaves me absolutely cold. And I’m so sick of all the light bondage routines. They aren’t edgy or dangerous, just trite, rather silly and repetitive. (Sorry Aljaz)

Ricky danced with Natalie in her first series but they never clicked with the GBP and he was totally robbed by Chris and Ola. I'm sure Ricky's crying into his pillow about it, in his Hollywood mansion when he gets home from filming another starring role . Chris was winningly honest about being the second best dancer in that final and also quite funny about still being a B list British TV presenter while Ricky had jetted off to fake and fortune.

Fake = fame of course.

I did read that Ricky was smashing it in the States. Haven’t seen any of his shows though. He is a sensational looking man and loved his dancing.
I was bloody shocked when Chris won.

Have never and will never forgive the audacity that was the HOLLINS win

Also, Natalie Lowe was so in love with Ricky and it wasn't reciprocated.

Last years Christmas Spesh was quite good for that but far too many recents and not enough vintage. Calling Karim's Jive a Best Ever was offensive really, it wouldn't even make my Top 5 Jives

I must confess that whilst I didn't vote for Chris and Ola, I did love their Charleston and was happy they won

I agree I'd love a best of the best of Strictly with no stupid dances and all the best performers.

FWIW, I don't agree that Kelvin was a ringer - he seemed like he had natural rhythm to me and worked very hard. Having Oti as his professional would have also meant that he dances to the best of his ability as she really brings the best out of her partners.

Tbf with everything else going on the Christmas specials slip off my radar I was probably rather tipsy in Baileys and the whole thing went over my head

Yeah we have stopped bothering with the Christmas specials as it’s a ‚see who you can remember’ plus 4 10s all the way

Last years Spesh was not like the Standard boring one due to COVID, it was highlights of old series. It was SO much better than normal

Best bit of Karim was someone hauling him back as he ran over to congratulate the winner , you could see him going forward and then being grabbed back
