I remember that! Someone actually yanked Karim right back - he was so desperate to be on camera that he couldn’t even let the actual winners have their moment.

We caught up this afternoon as we went out last night.

J&J very good as always, apart from Judi and Sara I think everyone did well, even Dan despite the awful outfit, Tom seems to do the moves okay but there is always a bit of presence almost.

I didn’t understand Dan’s outfit - he didn’t look anything like a lobster. It looked he’d forgotten a bit or something

I love Amy but I think Tom comes across as a bit smug. Maybe he signed up thinking, "McFly have a massive fanbase, my bandmate won Strictly, my wife won IACGMOOH, the fans are bound to carry me to the final." And, we don't know yet, maybe he does have enough fans to get him to the final even if he doesn't deserve it. But he won't win because Rose and Gio are a dead cert now (injury and Covid permitting).

I loved the JoJo partnership for the first few weeks but I agree that their dances are becoming a bit same-y now. Johannes needs to step up with some more engaging choreography. Otherwise they won't reach the final. The novelty value of the M/M couple has worn off.

I've always found Nadiya quite forgettable in previous years despite being gorgeous. Dan is her best partner - they are working hard at putting out engaging social media videos, etc, and she is showing more personality. Think he will be around for a few more weeks on the strength of his Breakfast/sports TV fanbase.

Rose and Gio deserved their 40 but the Medusa routine that AJ did last night was the most engaging - the one that I rewatched and loved the drama of. But I am sure she is safe so voted to save Dan and Sara.

This first paragraph nails it I think - bit arrogant in terms of his fanbase and ability. Harry won because he was an awesome dancer, not just because he was in McFly I am not sure McFly fans are the main demographic for Strictly viewers...IACGMOOH absolutely, Strictly not so much!

Didn't he break up with Carly Stenson whilst doing strictly (or thereabouts)? Wonder if there was a thing going on but he was keeping schtum. Carly is still thankfully very happily married to the lovely Danny Mac and they had their first baby in June

It's not been very Halloween has it...I mean clearly Judi at the very arse end of that description (why didn't they at least change the song?!) but even some of the others were very loose. I'm not sure whether I should have felt grateful none of the old 'usual' tunes were used.
